Polly has a Diploma in Photography from Nottingham Trent University. She has travelled extensively in Europe and the Far East, having visted Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore as well as Malaysia. But her first love is Italy and has been since her first visit to that country in 1998.

Polly has a career in Occupational Therapy and currently works in Sydney helping train carers of people with dementia.
